Position Overview:



  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Representative to join our growing team.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and a proactive approach to sales.


Responsibilities



  • Identify and research potential clients or markets to generate new business opportunities.

  • Cold calling, networking, and utilizing other methods to generate leads.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven 2-3 years experience in business development and sales roles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience working with a Fintech or migration firm is an added advantage.
