Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients or markets to generate new business opportunities.
Cold calling, networking, and utilizing other methods to generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 2-3 years experience in business development and sales roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with a Fintech or migration firm is an added advantage.
