- We are looking for a Sales Analyst (Field Agent) dedicated to meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential by working diligently on the field to drive our growth goals.
Status: On-site/on the field
Key Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: Understand the products and services offered, including sales terms.
- Lead Generation: Engage in cold calling, field visits and other forms of lead generation activities.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success in repayment and client retention.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound outreach and manage customer relationships.
- Client Relationship: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Data Analysis: Use a metrics-driven approach to assess and report on the performance of your portfolio.
- Risk Management: Identify potential problem accounts proactively and formulate appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- KYC Compliance: Ensure that customer KYC information is regularly updated.
- Sales Tracking: Update sales trackers daily, including individual sales trackers, consolidated sheets, and account executive trackers.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with a dedicated team to contribute to: Lead conversions, vendor engagement, customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven experience in Sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of outgoing client manager relations.
- Proven experience in loan sales and business development.
- Meet required financial targets/sales budgets.
- Meet performance, KPIs, service level, quality standards, and customer satisfaction rates/standards.
- A go-getter attitude towards exceeding monthly targets and customer expectations.
