Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead our business development efforts, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as identifying and pursuing new business leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and conversion


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders


• Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends


• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development initiatives


• Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of business development experience


• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks


• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field


• Experience working in a media, marketing or event planning firm will be an added advantage
