Customer engagement/ interaction- Make a minimum of 30 successful conversations daily to prospective customers to market new and existing products.
This will include leads from (web, WhatsApp and walk in customers), opportunities and already existing accounts.
Sales Pipeline Management: regularly update and progress opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline
Sales Forecasting: produce a reliable monthly sales forecast based upon opportunity pipeline and customers' decision stage.
Maintain and adhere to departmental/ company sales processes requirements, such as coverage, pipeline management, sales forecast accuracy and data quality. handling sales lead sent to the company's Marketing email
Raising quotations, sending out quotations, Follow up and updates on quotations
Monthly report on Won sales, Open Sales, and lost sales.
Confirmation of payment, raising Sales order and completing deliverv process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant course.
Min 3-5 years' sales and call center experience with the ability to close sales via telephone selling.
