Summary of Responsibilities



  • Assistant the supermarket manager to drive sales revenue.

  • Carry out data analytics on stock movement/trends customer needs etc.

  • Maintain inventories and ensure constant availability of stocks to avoid stock out.

  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

  • Manage supermarket operations including stock, customer service, and employee cycle.

  • Ensure the supermarket meet maximum standard requirements in terms of display of items to encourage customer purchases.

  • Ensure adherence to standard hygiene and safety guidelines in the various sections of the supermarket.

  • Ensure daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e. cash and electronics payments to ensure the correctness of all transactions.

  • Ensure employees’ compliance with policies and procedures etc.


Academic Qualification and Skills



  • HND / B.Sc.in Social Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.

  • Basic experience in the retail industry or supermarket operations.

  • Business acumen and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and numerical Skills...

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
