Summary of Responsibilities
- To develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
- Build a strong network to ensure the traffic flow of customers to the arcade.
- Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
- Drive all the subordinates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Forecast and track revenue on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Monitor customers’ consciousness of hygiene guidelines in the arcade.
- Ensure a maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff.
- Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security agencies for necessary action etc.
Academic Qualification and Skills
- HND / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
- Ability to explain operations of the arcade to customers effectively.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
- Attention to detail and pleasant personality.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
