Job Summary



  • Management of Monthly PAYE by generating references and ensuring payment at the bank before the deadline

  • Handling of statutory payment

  • Assisting Lagos Office Manager in administrative works, facility management, and other banks/clearing-related functions

  • Co-coordinate board meetings, and appointments and assist Executives with travel arrangements/protocol functions

  • Organize files and documents.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Social Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as Admin or Account Officer in a structured corporate environment.

  • Good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work with less supervision.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Candidates residing around Mushin, Isolo, Ojuelegba, and Lagos State will be preferred.
