Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests:
- Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Provide menu information, make recommendations, and answer questions.
Take orders and manage tables:
- Accurately take orders, manage tables, and ensure timely service.
- Communicate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure efficient service.
Serve food and beverages:
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure orders are accurate and complete.
Handle payments and transactions:
- Process payments, handle cash, and credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and safe environment:
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service:
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of work experience.
Requirements:
- Previous waiting experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with orders and payments
- Knowledge of food and beverages (preferred)
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
