- Address guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Issue and allocate stock and sales material to sales team.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification
- 1+ year of customer service/Sales experience in a restaurant or relatd field
- Excellent communication,listening and problem solving skill.
- Front office management is an added advantage Basic excel knowledge.
- Should reside in Lekki/Ajah axis.
- Wiling to work Monday to Saturday.
