Job Summary

• As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


• You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our clients products, and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets


• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences


• Promote brand and product awareness/loyalty by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the products.


• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services


• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints


• Maintain product placement and visual merchandising standards in line with set guidelines


• Gather market data; customer information, feedback, trends, demographics, sales data


• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy across products.


• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• B.Sc / H.nd degree


• 1+ year sales experience preferable in a footwear or fashion industry


• Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer behaviour


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in microsoft office and market analytics tools.

Salary

N100,000 Monthly.
