Responsibilities

Instructional Leadership:



  • Develop and implement a clear vision for academic excellence

  • Set high standards for teaching, learning, and student achievement

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration


Leadership and Management:



  • Supervise and evaluate teachers, staff, and administrators

  • Build and maintain a positive school culture and climate

  • Manage budgets, resources, and facilities


Student Support and Well-being:



  • Ensure student safety, well-being, and social-emotional growth

  • Develop and implement student support services and programs


Community Engagement and Partnerships:



  • Build relationships with parents, community members, and local organizations

  • Foster partnerships to enhance student learning and school programs


Communication and Collaboration:



  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and staff

  • Collaborate with district officials, schools, and community organizations


Requirements



  • Master's degree in Education or related field

  • 5+ years of administrative experience (Principal, Assistant Principal, or Department Chair)

  • Proven track record of improving student achievement and school performance

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong instructional knowledge and pedagogical expertise

  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and facilities

  • Experience with curriculum development, implementation, and assessment


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Doctorate in Education or related field

  • 10+ years of educational experience

  • Experience with diverse student populations and school settings

  • Familiarity with educational technology and innovation

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
