Job Description
This role is responsible for system updates, order/dispatch list, resolving issues and assisting in stocks takes and material requirement planning
What's exciting about this role?
- You will oversee the entire logistics process from customs clearance and all import related requirements, safe receipt at warehouse and storage.
- Manage the receipt, storage, transfer and posting of inventory on the ERP system.
- Maintain stock control through continuous monitoring and reporting, which includes item and part number management, regular stock counts, inventory reports, and periodic asset valuations.
- Assist in troubleshooting faulty phones in the field.
- Coordinate the weekly and monthly stock count, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Keep track of phone components and office operational items in the warehouse and ensure timely replenishment.
- Responsible for ensuring availability of office operational materials in all retail outlets.
- Lead in the planning of daily provisioning for the team and ensuring targets are met consistently by managing their SLAs, ensuring continuous process improvement and resolving all provisioning issues arising.
- Ensure real-time and accurate updates of orders and inventory transactions on Dynamics.
- Others: take on other duties and tasks as directed by the line manager
Expertise

- At least an HND/BSc in a business-related field
- Diploma in Store /Warehouse management or Procurement will be an added advantage.
- Over 3years’ work experience in a similar position
- Experience in using ERP and other inventory management system.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in managing teams and driving process and performance improvement.
- You have ability to work calmly under pressure.
- You have a process-oriented mindset.
