Job Description

• Oversee all site acquisition activities for the organization and share progress with management.


• Provide leadership of the Site Acquisition Team working within the Build to fill (BTF) project.


• Collocation/ BTS – support the acquisition of consents for the delivery of collocation and BTS projects within process timelines.


• Optimize framework for timing of renewal of leases and seek efficiencies in the areas of ground lease escalation.


• Data Management - responsible for monitoring compliance with document storage in Pre-OTM/OTM & and the units regression testing, etc.

Requirements

• A reputable Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management / Development Planning, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Law or Finance. Advanced degree is an advantage.


• Minimum of twelve (12) or more years of experience in Telecommunications Site Acquisition/Property Management.


• 6+ years senior management experience


• Advanced working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law & Practice.


• Excellent knowledge of land acquisition, documentation and Permitting Laws and Practices of Nigeria.


• Ability to read and interpret legal documents; ground leases, legal descriptions, survey, block plans, easements, purchase contracts, etc.
