About the Role
- The Sun King Experience Center Supervisor is tasked with engaging with clients and potential customers to provide detailed information about our range of products.
- This role is essential in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, generating sales opportunities, and assisting in converting them into actual sales.
- The role is also accountable for overseeing the inventory affairs of the experience center, with assistance from the Experience Center Executive.
Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:
- Welcome, acknowledge, and attend to walk-in potential clients in a welcoming, professional and courteous manner, providing detailed information about Sun King products and services.
- Use practical engagement with our products on display to pitch the full range of available Sun King products and services, aiming to achieve shop targets.
- Informs customers on the requirements and checks that all the requirements are provided by the customers for approval/rejection of the prospect before the product/service is offered.
- Documents, escalates, and communicate unresolved queries to various departments
- Ensures effective resolution of queries through effective liaison with other departments such as after sales, call center, operations etc.
- Provide feedback to customers on any escalated enquiries or issues that affect service performance
- Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly report and updates of sales activities.
- Coordination and accounting for marketing/promotional materials disbursed.
- Oversee the general activities of the experience center to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage inventory and ensure the welfare of the experience center.
Requirements
You might be a strong candidate if you:
- At least 2 years of experience working in an experience centre, showroom, in the stock/inventory/ operations departments.
- A Degree in Social Science or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to assess client needs.
- Welcoming & friendly personality that will influence potential and existing clients and those around you.
- Familiarity with the use of CRM tool like Angaza and similar CRM.
