Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection process.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Managing client documentation as it regards recruitment and reference checks.
Requirements
Minimum of HND / BSc in HR or any related field.
CIPM / professional certification in any HR related course is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hr Consulting.
