Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation


• Follow recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality

• Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff


• Develop knife skills, cooking techniques, and menu knowledge


• Participate in menu planning and creativity sessions

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.


• 1-2 years of culinary experience (or recent culinary graduate)


• Basic cooking skills and kitchen knowledge


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills


• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)


• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
