Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff and executives to and from designated locations.


• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition at all times.


• Follow assigned routes and adhere to all traffic regulations.


• Assist with loading and unloading of items as required.


• Perform routine checks on the vehicle, including oil, fuel, and other fluid levels, and promptly report any issues.


• Maintain accurate records of travel logs, vehicle maintenance, and expenses.


• Provide excellent customer service and ensure the comfort and safety of passengers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license.


• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.


• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
