  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our company.

  • You will also lead the planning and implementation of the Company’s marketing, sales and product development, customer relations, and branding.

  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.


Responsibilities



  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals, including revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring the best possible terms for the company, and successfully close business deals.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies and improve competitive positioning.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including identifying target markets and customer segments.

  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular sales performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive customer acquisition through targeted sales efforts, and implement strategies to retain existing customers, ensuring long-term business relationships.

  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services.

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and increase market share.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events) to promote the company's products and services.

  • Content Creation & Branding: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, websites, social media posts, and advertisements, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to refine marketing strategies.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • A solid grasp of data analysis and sales strategies
