We are looking for a well-organized and friendly Front Desk / Admin Officer to be the first point of contact for our company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the office.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage the reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence.
Records Management: Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Coordination: Assist with coordinating office activities and events, including travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide information about our services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
Keep updated records and files
Take up other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
