  • We are looking for a well-organized and friendly Front Desk / Admin Officer to be the first point of contact for our company.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the office.

  • This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage the reception area to create a welcoming environment.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence.

  • Records Management: Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.

  • Coordination: Assist with coordinating office activities and events, including travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences.

  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide information about our services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.

  • Keep updated records and files

  • Take up other duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
