  • Experienced and skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute menus that showcase intercontinental flavors, African cuisine, and specialty coffee drinks

  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality dishes

  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure consistency and excellence

  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and safety protocols

  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.


Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leader

  • Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious menus

  • Strong knowledge of intercontinental cuisine, African dishes, and specialty coffee drinks

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience

  • Food safety certification and knowledge of local health regulations.
