Job Summary



  • Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and smooth operation of the hotel's physical assets. Majorly : AC , Electrical Works , Plumbing, Furniture and Fittings


Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Management:



  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

  • Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.


Facility Operations:



  • Ensure proper functioning of hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.

  • Manage energy consumption, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.


Capital Projects:



  • Plan, coordinate, and execute capital projects, renovations, and upgrades.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.


Safety and Security:



  • Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Budgeting and Cost Control:



  • Manage departmental budget, track expenses, and optimize costs.


Quality Control:



  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.


Guest Satisfaction:



  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns related to facility issues.


Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or a related field.

  • Minimum Degree from any school of technology, ND or BSC

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
