Job Summary
- Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and smooth operation of the hotel's physical assets. Majorly : AC , Electrical Works , Plumbing, Furniture and Fittings
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Management:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
Facility Operations:
- Ensure proper functioning of hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
- Manage energy consumption, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
Capital Projects:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute capital projects, renovations, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Safety and Security:
- Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Manage departmental budget, track expenses, and optimize costs.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Guest Satisfaction:
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns related to facility issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum Degree from any school of technology, ND or BSC
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
