Job Responsibilities



  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the hotel successfully

  • Plan and direct the hotel's main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction

  • Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations

  • Be responsible for maximizing profit through consistent delivery of the highest standard of service

  • Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all department

  • Carry out regular inspections of all department

  • Managing all staff

  • Coordinating events


Qualifications



  • Minimum of OND in hospitality management or any other related courses.


Work Experience:



  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a hotel.

  • Must have IT and social media knowledge.

  • Must be able to carry out marketing of the hotel and event spaces.

  • Must be clean, decent, and able to communicate.
