- Maintain student files and records
- Maintain financial records and book keeping
- Handle correspondence between parents and the school e.g. emails, reports, etc.
- Provide daily support to teachers e.g. generating letters, making copies, etc.
- First point of contact between visitors (e.g. those making enquiries) and the school
Requirements / Required Skills
- SSCE , ND or NCE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good time-management and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work independently
- Customer service skills
- Good use of office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Reside in Okota, Ago / Isolo and their environs.
