  • Maintain student files and records

  • Maintain financial records and book keeping

  • Handle correspondence between parents and the school e.g. emails, reports, etc.

  • Provide daily support to teachers e.g. generating letters, making copies, etc.

  • First point of contact between visitors (e.g. those making enquiries) and the school


Requirements / Required Skills



  • SSCE , ND or NCE

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with good time-management and problem-solving skills

  • Be able to work independently

  • Customer service skills

  • Good use of office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).

  • Reside in Okota, Ago / Isolo and their environs.
