Job Summary:


The Client Relationship and Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationships with our clients across the country. 


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Oversee all customer touchpoints to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.

  • Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations and proposals.

  • Assist in post-sales activities to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing customer support.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

  • Oversee social media channels to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.


Job Requirements:



  • BSC/HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client relationship or customer experience role, preferably in a startup environment.

  • Proven experience with CRM tools and social media management.

  • Strong understanding of logistics, e-commerce, relationship management, and customer experience.


Salary – N200, 000 – N250, 000
