Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and equipment procurement.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; and making necessary adjustments.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; and identifying trends.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of Ms. tools with high-level skills in PowerPoint presentation.
Candidates should preferably live on the Island (Lekki, Ikoyi, VI, Ajah).
