  • Cultivate a learning culture by designing and deploying a Learning Management System.

  • Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the company's competitive positioning

  • Drive operational excellence by overseeing the back-office sales team and ensuring seamless support to the sales force

  • Lead pricing strategy, product development, and go-to-market planning

  • Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities

  • Track, measure, and report on key commercial performance metrics

  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role

  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and market dynamics
