Responsibilities



  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the driving training institute.

  • Ensure that all training programs are delivered effectively and meet industry standards.

  • Manage the scheduling of classes, instructors, and resources to optimize efficiency.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the institute's long-term goals.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services.

  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.

  • Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting processes.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors, administrative staff, and support personnel.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.

  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional training services.

  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality.

  • Ensure that the institute complies with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.

  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all training vehicles and equipment are well-maintained.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students and increase enrollment.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations.

  • Represent the institute at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.

  • Oversee the development and updating of training curricula to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Implement new training programs and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

  • Ensure that instructors are properly trained and equipped to deliver high-quality instruction.

  • Provide regular reports to the CEO and Board of Directors on the institute’s performance


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • Minimum of 8 - 12 years of management experience

  • Proven track record of successful business operations and strategic planning.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.

  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Knowledge of driver education and training standards is a plus.
