Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join a reputable spa.


• The ideal candidate will provide a range of therapeutic treatments to clients, including massages, facials, and body treatments.


• This role requires a deep knowledge of spa therapies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs.


• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.


• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.


• Ensure all equipment and products are properly sanitized and ready for use.


• Provide personalized service to each client, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest spa treatments and techniques.


• Manage appointment schedules and ensure treatments are delivered on time.


• Promote spa services and products to clients.


• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center.


• Certification in massage therapy or other spa-related treatments is an added advantage.


• Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques.
