Job Description



  • The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting these leads into sales.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for eCommerce.


Responsibilities



  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably within the eCommerce or retail industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • NYSC Discharge certificate or exemption letter.

  • Experience in selling services is preferred.

  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Preferred candidate location: Ikeja and lekki or their environs.
