Requirements
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Prospect company’s product to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- He/She must be a computer savvy.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- He/she must be passion-driven and Goal oriented
Qualifications
- B.SC, HND
- 2-3 years experience in HR services as a development Officer is an added advantage/ Marketing oriented sectors
Salary Plus Commission
