We value customer experience and are looking for a group of remote customer service representatives to support our customers across Nigeria and provide an excellent service experience.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email and online chat.

  • Provide professional and timely customer support to solve customer questions in the use of products or services.

  • Record and track customer feedback to ensure that issues are effectively resolved.

  • Assist customers with order, payment, return and other processes.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience and improve customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements:



  • High school education or above, with customer service or remote work experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively handle customer issues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management system (CRM).

  • Self-disciplined and able to work effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Fluent in English and mastering the local language is preferred.
