We value customer experience and are looking for a group of remote customer service representatives to support our customers across Nigeria and provide an excellent service experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email and online chat.
- Provide professional and timely customer support to solve customer questions in the use of products or services.
- Record and track customer feedback to ensure that issues are effectively resolved.
- Assist customers with order, payment, return and other processes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- High school education or above, with customer service or remote work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively handle customer issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management system (CRM).
- Self-disciplined and able to work effectively in a remote work environment.
- Fluent in English and mastering the local language is preferred.
