Carries out customer service processes and respond to customers inquires where necessary such as quotations, proforma Invoices and deliveries
Reports to MD on daily basis, through e-mail, SMS and/or phone calls (as the situation demands).
Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Attends to the company’s incoming mails and calls on hourly basis and ensure response is given within two hours of acknowledgement. Ask for MD’s assistant where necessary.
Ensures procurement processes of Payments and Deliveries followed through from both Customers and Suppliers/Manufacturers and all documents are correctly and adequately filed
Ensures ordered items are checked and particulars verified with receipts and delivery documents to clients.
Manages freights of goods from overseas
Ensures daily and weekly updates of stock cards and stock levels
Coordinates company budget, attendance and marketing materials for all relevant sales events, workshops, exhibitions and conferences in good time
Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Sciences and Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics and other related fields from a recognized university plus a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role or Lab work. Knowledge of procurement processes and customer relations are added advantages.
