QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to engage with calm and empathy in moments of crisis.
- Willingness to find the best solution even with minimal resources.
- Ability to navigate Google Suite and Drive, especially Forms and Sheets.
- Principled in centering survivors in response and prevention of SGBV.
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly to others and about themselves
- A working phone that is WhatsApp enabled and can send and receive calls and SMS texts.
- At least 1 year experience working/volunteering with an NGO in a similar role will be an added advantage.
