Skills, Qualifications And Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- Proven work experience as an IT support specialist.
- Must reside in Abuja
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- In-depth knowledge of IT softwares, and networks.
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk and resolving software, such as Jira, Fresh teams etc.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.
- Training end-users on software functionality and programs.
- Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
- Maintain/manages all IT infrastructure (Switch, Routers and more)
- Email Management (Creation, Deletion, Backup etc)
- IT Documentation and system maintenance
- Hardware troubleshooting, configuration, software upgrade and Repairs
