REQUIREMENTS:· 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing HR functions.


• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.


• Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR management.


• Proven ability to manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and talent development.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels and address HR issues.


• Must be tech savvy.
