The position

• Renmoney seeks an exceptional reconciliation officer who will be responsible for timely and accurate reconciliation and settlement of all card transactions.


• The staff will identify & resolve all card discrepancies while maintaining high- quality records.


• The ideal candidate must have experience in card reconciliation and settlement across different platforms. Must have excellent analytical skills when it comes to card settlement

Responsibilities

• Reconcile card transactions, refunds and chargebacks


• Confirm card transactions settlement with banks, schemes, and other stakeholders


• identify and investigate discrepancies, resolving issues promptly


• Maintain accurate records of reconciliation and settlement results


• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Operations) to resolve reconciliation and settlement issues


• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance reconciliation and settlement efficiency


• Meet daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation and settlement deadlines


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies


• Ensure all card Gls are reconciled on monthly basis


• Ensure Buffer Gls is reconciled monthly to Nil off transactions already settled

Requirements

• 6years + of experience in card reconciliation and settlement.  (Bank, & fintech)


• Strong understanding of card payment processing, reconciliation, and settlement principles


• Proficiency in MS Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Relationship management with internal & external stakeholders


• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines
