Renmoney seeks an exceptional Card Chargeback Specialist who will be responsible for managing and resolving chargeback disputes related to card transactions, ensuring compliance with scheme rules and regulations, and maintaining high-quality records.

Responsibilities
Manage and resolve chargeback disputes related to card transactions
Investigate and respond to chargeback notifications from schemes, banks & other financial institutions
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Support, Fraud) to resolve chargeback issues
Ensure compliance with scheme rules and regulations (e.g., chargeback timeframes, documentation)
Maintain accurate records of chargeback disputes and resolutions
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance chargeback management efficiency
