The position



  • Renmoney seeks an exceptional Card Chargeback Specialist who will be responsible for managing and resolving chargeback disputes related to card transactions, ensuring compliance with scheme rules and regulations, and maintaining high-quality records.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in chargeback management, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.


Responsibilities



  • Manage and resolve chargeback disputes related to card transactions

  • Investigate and respond to chargeback notifications from schemes, banks & other financial institutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Support, Fraud) to resolve chargeback issues

  • Ensure compliance with scheme rules and regulations (e.g., chargeback timeframes, documentation)

  • Maintain accurate records of chargeback disputes and resolutions

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance chargeback management efficiency

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly chargeback resolution targets


Requirements



  • 6+ years of experience in chargeback management & dispute resolutions

  • Strong understanding of card payment processing, chargeback procedures, and scheme rules

  • Good relationship management of both internal & eternal customers

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the different chargebacks ’platforms

  • Must be abreast with industry trends as it relates to dispute and chargebacks
