Job Description

• We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Surveillance Operator to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring multiple CCTV cameras screen, detecting and reporting incidents, and maintaining detailed logs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras screen to detect suspicious activities, incidents, or emergencies.


• Utilize surveillance systems to track and record events.


• Maintain detailed logs of all incidents and observations.


• Report incidents and emergencies to appropriate personnel promptly.


• Collaborate with security personnel to investigate incidents.


• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in CCTV surveillance or security preferred.


• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in computer systems and surveillance software.
