  • Supporting the planning, execution, and management of the foundation's various programs and projects.

  • Overseeing daily operations, maintaining comprehensive records, analyzing project data, and facilitating smooth communication across departments to ensure the successful delivery of the foundation’s objectives.

  • Ensuring that all project activities are aligned with the foundation’s mission and goals, while also ensuring compliance with donor requirements and regulatory guidelines.


Job Requirements



  • BSc in Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in NGO project coordination is a MUST

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including the use of project management tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience in managing budgets and financial reports.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with donor requirements and compliance standards.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
