Supporting the planning, execution, and management of the foundation's various programs and projects.
Overseeing daily operations, maintaining comprehensive records, analyzing project data, and facilitating smooth communication across departments to ensure the successful delivery of the foundation’s objectives.
Ensuring that all project activities are aligned with the foundation’s mission and goals, while also ensuring compliance with donor requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements
BSc in Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in NGO project coordination is a MUST
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including the use of project management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in managing budgets and financial reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with donor requirements and compliance standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
