To work with the business groups in developing & implementing sales strategies.
Collect and analyze data on market trends and key competitors and present same.
Assist in proposed product development in line with the bank’s policy.
Monitor strategy implementation and carry out performance tracking for the Retail and SME group.
Monitor branch performance to achieve desired targets on earnings, deposit and growth in customer base.
Closely monitor the activities of the savings group both in-house & Out sourced.
Assist in monitoring social impact of the various activities of the bank.
Work with the TCs to achieve a successful implementation of mass marketing activities.
Assist in organizing capacity building programs for Retail and SME customers.
Assist in periodic review of the performances of the bank’s key products & provide adequate inputs/ feedbacks that can assist the bank in product enhancement / re – engineering and development process.
