Job Overview
- The Fibre Optics Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting the company’s fibre optics products and services to both new and existing clients.
- This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- The sales executive will work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fibre optics market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate fibre optics products and services to prospective clients.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities, targets, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes in the CRM system.
After-Sales Support:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues post-sale.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector, with a focus on fibre optics.

- Strong understanding of fibre optics technology and its applications.
