We are now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical to join our West Africa Operational Organization based  in Calabar, Nigeria

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical, your daily duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervision of daily and major jobs 


• Fault finding and troubleshooting work of 50 DF Gas engine. 


• Customer communication and coordination.


• Implementation of Safety culture and Wartsila process 


• We care reporting and actions implementation 


• Toolbox meeting and JSA, Work Permit 


• 5S implementation 


• On job training to Technicians 


• RCA Preparation, TR creation 


• Audits and its action plan implementation 


• Maximo data reporting and failure reports preparation 


• WECS and UNICS related issues and rectification 


• Major Maintenance of DG sets (50 DF )& Auxiliaries 


• Annual Spare part planning for DG set and auxiliary and its forecasting 


• Inventory management. (Min/Max)

Requirements for the role:

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical engineering with relevant experience .


• Having 7–8-year experience in Wartsila engines OR Similar Large Engines


• Gas engines & 50DF as added advantage  


• English Fluency is a must.
