Duties and Responsibilities
- Resolves customer requests through proficient use of the systems tools, research, and navigation within the organization.
- Responsible for administrating online banking enrollments and reports.
- Online Account Opening.
- Provide exceptional customer and/or co-worker service support upon receipt of inbound call or email.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information according to regulatory and company guidelines and policies.
- Maintains accountability, proper disposition, and thorough follow-up.
- Seeks and captures opportunities to differentiate the customer experience through identifying additional customer needs.
- Perform other functions and related duties as assigned.
Requirements/Skills/Key Competencies
- High level of proficiency in computer (word, Excel, Microsoft power point etc).
- High level of analytical and reasoning skills
- Good interpretation and interpersonal skills
- Ready to learn with speed.

- Ordinary National Diploma/NCE holders – Computer Science/Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Salary
- Monthly Take Home– N65, 000
