Job Responsibilities


In-Store Sales:



  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and support to help them find the perfect bicycle or accessory.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom to enhance the customer experience.

  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system / ERP.

  • Achieve Sales targets (Monthly/ Quarterly / Annual)

  • Ensure product prices are on all bicycles at all times

  • Keep track of inventory levels and restock items as needed.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Develop strategies to get referral from existing customers.

  • Ensure availability of products and proper merchandizing at the retail outlets

  • Ensure adequate stock of SKUs in all stores (with the right colors and sizes)

  • Field Sales Activities:

  • Conduct field sales activities in the vicinity of the showroom to attract new customers and increase foot traffic.

  • Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential customers to introduce Simba Planet and its product offerings.

  • Identify and approach local businesses, schools, and community organizations for potential sales opportunities.

  • Represent company in field sales and marketing events like activations, trade shows, events etc.


Qualifications



  • University graduate

  • Minimum 1 year Sales experience

  • Good knowledge of computer and Excel
