Key Responsibilities



  • Keeping track and reducing transportation costs of logistics.

  • Improving on-time delivery performance.

  • Process optimization.

  • Customer retention.

  • Manage clients/customers information.

  • Conduct detailed background checks of Customers & Riders.

  • Organize all the collected data and information.

  • Conduct verification on matters entrusted within the sales team.

  • Timely follow-up and closure of assigned verification checks.

  • Work with the customer service team in approving customers order requests and assigning

  • Route Planning.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction with forward thinking strategies, focused on addressing customer needs and resolving logistics concerns.

  • Monitored customer logistics usage trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals.


Job Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a BSc Degree in Social Sciences.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.

  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a team environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical Skills.
