Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Handle incoming calls from customers and clients, providing information and answering inquiries about BetaSMS services.
Client Outreach: Actively reach out to new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring they are aware of all the features and benefits of our platform.
Payment Confirmation: Verify payments made by customers and promptly credit their accounts on the BetaSMS platform.
Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, helping clients get the most out of our services while driving additional revenue.
Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly sales reports, highlighting blockers, opportunities, and strategic action plans for the upcoming week and month.
Requirements
A recent graduate from a recognized university in Nigeria or currently serving as an NYSC corps member.
Must be residing in Lagos, Nigeria.
Must be smart, well-presented, and articulate, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and customer relations.
