Our client is a leading financial and asset management company in the heart of Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly performance and financial report
- Adhoc business reports, and tracking & reporting of business performance metrics
- Oversee General Ledger integrity, completeness and correctness.
- Review and approve monthly journals and ensure correctness.
- Rendering statutory tax remittances - WHT, VAT, CIT, NSITF, ITF,
- To prepare schedules and supporting documentation for auditors for periodic audit reports including reconciliation of accounts.
- To assist the Fincon department in preparation of the accounts for annual audits
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degrees
- Chartered accountant or final stage of ICAN preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in the financial services/banking sector
- Knowledge of Bank One and/or Symplus software, an advantage
