The Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business management platform and providing tailored credit solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Solutions: Assess the financial needs of businesses and provide customized credit solutions to meet their requirements. Monitor and manage credit portfolio, ensuring timely collections and minimal delinquencies.
Onboarding Businesses: Identify and target potential business clients for Earnipay’s business management platform. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform.
Relationship Management: foster and sustain robust relationships with existing clients and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services and products.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as product, marketing, and customer success to ensure a unified and comprehensive approach to client management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, financial services, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of credit solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
