Role

• As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences for our admin dashboard.


• You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.


• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows.


• Design intuitive and visually appealing admin dashboards that prioritize usability and efficiency.


• Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.


• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented effectively.


• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on admin dashboard design.


• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.


• Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to translate complex information into simple and intuitive designs.


• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX design skills and experience.

Bonus Points

• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.


• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
