Job Description

• Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.


• Respondappropriately to vendor, client, and internal accounting requests.


• EnsureAccounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.


• Maintaina database, ensuring that records are accurate, complete and current.


• Recordinformation, processing, and filing forms.


• Preparecheques, deposits, budgets, and banking financial reports.


• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations report, including monthly P & L statement


• Monitor all operations stock and daily stock control


• Updateledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.


• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.


• Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.


• High level of accuracy and efficiency.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.


• Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.


• Attention to detail.


• Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and federal financial regulations.or Restaurant


• Hotel or Restaurant Accounting experience will be an added advantage
